Salmon à la Puttanesca

For 4 persons

- 4 salmon fillets

- 500 g cherry or grape tomatoes

- 30 mL white wine

- 60 g black olives

- 1 clove of garlic, crushed

- 10 capers

- ½ tsp of Espelette pepper

- 10 Basil leaves

- Zest of half a lemon + its juice

- Olive oil

- Salt / Pepper



1/ In a saucepan, add a dash of olive oil and cook the tomatoes for about 10 minutes.

2/ Add the wine until it reduces. Then add the olives, garlic, Espelette pepper and capers. Simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat.

3/ Remove the pan from the heat and add the basil, the zest of half a lemon and salt.

4/ Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Program the Meat°it + application on the "Fish" cooking mode and insert the probe in the thickest part of the salmon fillet.

5/ Place the salmon directly on the barbecue grill or in a pan and cook on one side

6/ When you receive the end of cooking notification, place the salmon fillets in a dish, add the juice of the lemon half to the fillets and the sauce previously prepared.

7/ Add the chopped fresh basil and serve immediately.
