1/ In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
2/ In a second bowl, whip the melted butter (be careful not to let it get too hot!), the brown sugar and the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
3/ Add the egg and the egg yolk and mix again. Add the melted chocolate and mix with a spatula.
4/ Add the powder mixture and then the chocolate chips. Let the dough rest in a cool place for about 30 minutes.
5/ Using an ice cream scoop, form the dough balls and place them on a baking mat. Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 2 hours.
6/ Bake the cookies for 14 minutes at 170°C.
7/ When they come out of the oven, sprinkle them with a little fleur de sel.
