Kale Salad

For 4 persons

1 bunch of kale

1 radicchio

1 orange

1 pomegranate 

1 avocado



For the dressing: 

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 tsp of mustard

1 tsp of honey 

A little dried basil


1/ Wash the kale and radicchio with the salad spinner and cut into strips. 

2/ In a large stainless steel bowl, "massage" the kale with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for a few minutes to soften it. 

3/ Remove the orange segments, detach the pomegranate seeds and dice the avocado.

4/ Pour all the ingredients for the dressing into the dressing blender and whisk for a few seconds. 

5/ Add all the salad ingredients to the stainless steel bowl, mix and enjoy.
