Madeleines goat cheese, dried tomatoes and nuts

Ingredients

Dried tomatoes
1 log of goat cheese
Basil
120 ml of hot milk
140 g of flour
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
4 tbsp of olive oil
walnut kernels

Steps

1/ In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast and the eggs. Add pepper, olive oil and hot milk.

2/ Add the dried tomatoes, cut into pieces, the goat cheese, the walnuts and the basil.

3/ Pour the preparation into the madeleine molds and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
