Apple yogurt cake

Ingredients

1 pot of plain yogurt

2 pots of sugar

3 pots of flour

1/2 pot of sunflower oil

3 eggs

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1 packet of baking powder

2 apples (or fruits of your choice: apricots, pears...)

Optional: a teaspoon of dark rum

Steps

1/ Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2/ Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Use the pot as a measure for the other ingredients. 

3/ Add the sugar, flour, oil, eggs, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix everything together until you have a smooth dough. 

4/ Peel the apples and chop them as desired. 

5/ Divide the apples among the batter and pour it into a baking pan OR place the apples directly into the pan and pour the batter on top. 

6/ Bake for 30 minutes.
