Bank details

Data collection

In order to ensure payment security, M&Co uses the services of a PCI-DSS certified service provider, PAYPLUG. This standard is an international security standard whose objectives are to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of cardholders' data, and thus secure the protection of card and transaction data.

When you place a credit card payment order with M&Co, our order taking system connects in real time with the PAYPLUG system that collects your data and performs various checks to prevent abuse and fraud.

The data is stored on the PAYPLUG servers and is never transmitted to M&Co's servers at any time.

INGENICO requests authorisation from the bank and sends us a transaction number that allows transactions up to the amount of the authorisation.

Payment processing

My account is debited as the items are shipped. Returns are credited to your account. In case of delayed products, the order amount may be debited in several installments according to the different delivery dates of your products.

Data storage

In order to be able to debit the account at the time of invoicing or to credit it following a return, PAYPLUG keeps the bank details associated with the authorisation number, the time necessary to complete the transaction (payments after dispatch of the goods) and to deal with any complaints (returns, disputes).

If you have chosen to register your bank cards, they are automatically deactivated when the validity date of the card expires.
