Chocolate spiral crepes

Ingredients

- 250 g of flour

- 3 eggs

- 400 ml of milk

- 3 tablespoons of sugar

- 2 tablespoons of neutral oil

- 100 ml beer 

- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Steps

Make the pancake batter by mixing all the ingredients except the cocoa.

Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the batter in 2 and add the cocoa.

In the hot crepe pan, draw a swirl of chocolate. Wait a few seconds and then pour in the plain batter.
