Chocolate Crinkles

Ingredients

200 g flour 

90 g brown sugar

2 eggs

1 bar of dark chocolate (200 g)

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

50 g of butter

1 pinch of fleur de sel

Powdered sugar

Steps

1/ Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2/ Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie and mix well.

3/ Mix the sugar and the eggs and add them to the chocolate/butter mixture. Add the flour, the pinch of salt and the yeast. 

4/ Put the dough in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

5/ Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and roll them in powdered sugar. 

6/ Place the balls on a baking mat and bake for 10 minutes. Let them cool down before eating them.
