Chestnut cream cakes

For 4 persons

Cooking time : 40 min


2 eggs
50 g of sugar
1 tablespoon of dark rum
1 pinch of salt
100 g of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
100 g of softened butter 
250 g chestnut cream  



Whisk the eggs with the sugar and rum. Add the salt, flour and yeast. 

In another bowl, whip the butter with the chestnut cream. 

Mix the 2 preparations. 

Bake at 150°C for 40 minutes.
