Cereal bars with chocolate chips and pecans

For 10 persons

200 g oatmeal (small)

125 g flour

100 g brown sugar

1 pinch of fleur de sel

1 tsp cinnamon

125 g neutral oil

125 g maple syrup

120 g pecan nuts

120 g dark chocolate chips


1/ Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6). 

2/ Chop the pecans - set aside  

3/ Mix the oat flakes with the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and fleur de sel in a bowl

4/ Whisk together, in another bowl, the oil and the maple syrup

5/ Pour this mixture over the oatmeal mixture and mix to obtain a homogeneous preparation. Add the pecans and chocolate chips and mix again.

6/ Divide this mixture among the Mastrad cereal bar kit. Press each bar well with the "pusher" to pack the mixture well.

7/ Bake for 25 minutes to obtain golden brown bars!  Leave the bars to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the moulds, then leave them to cool completely on a wire rack before eating them.
