1/ Cut the pork into thin strips and chop the bacon into small bits. Peel and mince the onion.
2/ Heat a dash of oil in the wok. Add the pork and bacon and brown for 5 minutes. Add the onion and cook for another 5 minutes. Set aside.
3/ Pour the sugar into the wok. Increase the heat to high and cook until a lightly colored caramel forms. Add the bouillon and soy sauce. Stir to until smooth.
4/ Put the meat into the wok and add pepper. Let simmer 30 minutes over medium heat, loosely covered. Serve immediately with rice and a bit of chopped coriander.
