150 g of sugar
70 g oil
180 g flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder + 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
170 g chopped walnuts
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
1/ Mash the bananas in a large bowl and stir in the sugar and egg. Add the oil and mix well.
2/ Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt and ¾ of the nuts.
3/ In a small bowl, mix the remaining nuts, brown sugar and melted butter. Divide the batter among the muffin cups and place a few coated nuts on top of each muffin.
4/ Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
