1/ Mix all dry spices (Salt, Onion Powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Oregano) in a bowl.
2/ Coat the turkey breast with olive oil and sprinkle the dry spice mixture evenly over the meat.
3/ Program the Meat°it + application to the custom cooking setting of 60°C and insert the probe into the thickest part of the turkey breast.
4/ Preheat the oven and place the turkey breast in an oven or smoker at 110°C.
5/ Upon receiving the "done" notification, place the turkey breast in a dish with a base of apple juice and butter.
6/ Cover with aluminum foil and program the application to a "Turkey" setting.
7/ When you receive the end of cooking notification, program a 10-minute rest period.
