Poké bowl with marinated salmon

For 2 persons
Preparation time : 20 min


For the marinated salmon: 

1 extra-fresh salmon steak

3 tablespoons of soy sauce 

2 tablespoons of olive oil

juice of 1/2 lime

Sesame seeds


For the poké bowl: 

Cooked basmati rice

1 carrot

1/2 cucumber

4 round radishes

1 avocado 



For the sauce: 

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

4 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 tablespoon ginger powder

1 pinch garlic powder


1/ Cut the salmon into small cubes. Pour all the ingredients for the marinade into a vacuum bag, along with the diced salmon. Empty the air with the pump in order to vacuum seal them. Let the mixture marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. 

2/ Peel the carrot, and with the vegetable slicer make thin sticks. Using a handheld mandolin, cut the cucumber and radishes into thin slices. Cut the avocado into slices. 

3/ Pour all the ingredients for the dressing into the dressing blender and whisk well. 

4/ In a large serving bowl, place the rice on the bottom and cover with all the ingredients.
