One pot wheat, leeks and bacon

250 g of wheat
2 leek whites
150 g smoked bacon
250 g mascarpone cheese
1 bouillon cube
A handful of parsley
1 tablespoon of olive oil
50 cl of water


Add all ingredients to a saucepan. Cover and cook for 15 minutes over medium/low heat, stirring occasionally.
