1/ Preheat the oven to 210°C.
2/ Whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the melted butter and half the flour. Add the rest of the flour mixed with the baking powder.
3/ Separate the dough into 2. Add the cocoa to one of the mixtures. Spread the mixtures in the madeleine mould.
4/ Bake the madeleines and lower the temperature to 160°C. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
