Tarte à la mangue

90g butter

85g caster sugar

10g brown sugar

1g salt

100g eggs

100g flour

2,5g baking powder

20g pistachio paste or 2g liquid vanilla or 30g cocoa powder



1/ Soften the butter.

2/ Add the sugar, brown sugar and salt (and either the vanilla or pistachio paste).

3/ Stir in the eggs, then the flour sifted with the baking powder (and cocoa powder if you wish).

4/ Bake in the oven at 200°C for 11 minutes in the silicone madeleine mold.
