Preheat oven to 160°C.
In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, both sugars and spices. Heat the honey in a saucepan and pour it into the bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon.
Slowly add the eggs, then the warm milk to obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
Pour the preparation into a cake tin. Bake for 1 hour.
Once the cooking is finished, let rest before unmoulding.
Let it rest for at least 24 hours before eating.
