Chocolate Crème Brûlée

For 4 persons

Cooking time : 30 min


5 egg yolks
60 g dark chocolate
60 g of sugar
40 ml of liquid cream
30 g brown sugar


1/ Mix the egg yolks with the sugar.

2/ Add the melted chocolate then the cream. Whisk.

3/ Pour the preparation into ramekins.

4/ Bake the creams in a bain-marie at 160°C for 30 minutes.

5/ Leave to cool and then place in the fridge for 3 hours.

6/ Put a little brown sugar on top of the creams and burn with a blowtorch.
