Avocado toast

1 avocado
2 slices of country bread
2 tbsp fried onions
1 tbsp chili spices
½ lemon
1 tbsp salt
2 eggs
10 g butter


1/ Toast the bread slices and mash the avocado with the lemon juice, salt and chili spices.

2/ Butter the moulds of the poaching carousel and break the eggs. Bring water to a boil and immerse the eggs in it for 5 minutes.

3/ Put the avocado cream on the slices of bread and add the poached eggs. Cover with fried onions.
