Avocado, shrimp and grapefruit verrines
A dozen shrimp
1 tablespoon of fresh cream
1/ Blend the avocado with the mini chopper. Add the crème fraîche, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper and blend again.
2/ Mix the shrimp with the grapefruit segments and pepper.
3/ Place the avocado mixture in the verrines, followed by the grapefruit shrimp. Decorate with chives and a slice of lemon.
